First responders from the Westminster Fire Department were called on Tuesday afternoon to the Carroll Precision Imaging Center on Poole Road, when a driver accidentally crashed into the front of the building.
According to fire officials, upon arrival at the office, they found a single vehicle that struck the front and went partially inside the building, leaving extensive damage.
The driver, and occupants inside the medical center were all uninjured.
Following the crash, the structure was secured and the Carroll County Building Inspector was called to evaluate the damage.
It is unclear what caused the driver to crash.
